The reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because I didn't feel like I'd fit in. Started helping with the cats. The representative of the volunteer organization came off a bit crass to me, referred to me as a "mother f**ker" (within the 1st 15 minutes of meeting her)in regards to TV reference of 2 of the cats names, when, I simply told her that I don't watch TV, in regards to me saying, "before my time" (some early 00's HBO show, I was a kid in that era). She commented about my physical strength as well. The other person volunteering treated me more respectfully as such. Wanted to contribute in a professional manner and such, but simply, she was crass.

Very therapeutic and stress free environment. Unconditional love and appreciation from the kitties. They love the love.

I love volunteering here, every time i come in. It has helped me learn about kittens and cats. All the cats that come in, are the best. Very nice people, and perfect for teens who are looking for easy service hours.
