Corning ParaTransit will provide affordable, origin-to-destination, on-demand, lift-equipped transportation to disabled and mobility-challenged Corning-area residents, 18 hours a day, seven days a week, 360 days a year throughout the Corning-Elmira area and ultimately Steuben County.
