Mission Statement

Our mission is to inspire hope and empower the survivors of domestic violence.

Description

We seek to facilitate a permanent change by creating opportunities to recognize and remove the barriers which have previously prevented women from becoming individually successful, thus making it possible for women to heal from their past experiences and successfully embrace future challenges.

Volunteers are required to attend a brief orientation, sign a confidentiality form, and must pass a background check before coming to the shelter.
