Our mission is to provide life changing programs for at risk youth and vulnerable families in apartment complexes, schools, and camps in the greater houston area.

Description

Urban Outreach, Inc. (UOI) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. We fulfill our mission through a range of programming targeting at-risk children, the chronically unemployed or underemployed, and low-income apartment residents.
