APRA is a nonprofit consumer organization (501c3) founded in 2013. Up to 440,000 people are dying needlessly in our hospitals every year due to preventable medical errors and the policies of our medical, health insurance and pharmaceutical industries. APRA is dedicated to informing, educating and fighting for greater patient safety and reduced health care costs, with a focus on hospitals.
