Wellness is a state of achieving harmony in mind and body. We are committed to pursuing older adults optimal quality of life by offering opportunities to stay physically active, mentally inspired and emotionally stimulated thru participation in programs that address all aspects of aging.

Description

A Senior Center in South Brunswick NJ. Average attendance about 200 per day. Open to 55+ A wide variety of physical. mental, artistic, recreational, wellness and educational programs offered. Daily hot lunch served.
