Parentjobnet is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization working in public schools and empowering NYC public school parents with the support and tools needed for job readiness, job connection, and financial secuirty. Through targeted classes, workshops, networking events, and career counseling we serve the community and strengthen families.

Description

We are a workforce development and educational organization that utilizes career counseling, resume preparation, interview skill workshops, ESL (English as a second language) and GED classes to help public school parents re-enter the workforce or improve their work/job situation.

Our target clientele are low-to-moderate income single mothers, but work with all adults who seek our help. Our office are located and we work in the schools on the Upper Westside, lower Harlem and East-Harlem neighborhoods to serve parents.
