Apprise Health Insurance volunteer counselors are trained to assist Medicare beneficiaries with many aspects of health insurance.
Counselors assist Medicare beneficiaries with enrollment, Medigap, long-term care insurance, Medicaid, prescription assistance programs, etc. Counselors may help with appeals, if the counselor desires. Training is required and supervisions and support is available at all times. Counselors may work in the agency, senior centers, other agencies and also client homes.
