Mission Statement

The California Women's Chorus, Inc. (CWC) is a non-profit corporation devoted to the encouragement of choral singing among women throughout the state of California. Under its corporation charter, the philanthropic purpose of the organization is to raise funds for music scholarships which are awared at an annual concert.

Description

CA statewide, women's choruses operate independently in their home cities learning choral pieces for local concerts. Once yearly all choruses come together en masse in a host city for a weekend convention and public concert which includes performances by and monetary awards to qualified student applicants for vocal music scholarships.
