Texas Women and Children’s Advocacy Services (TWCAS) is a small yet dynamic Human Service Agency located in Houston’s Historic Fifth Ward. TWCAS is currently comprised of one subsidiary, Fifth Ward Dad’s Club. TWCAS provides core services such as case management, nutrition, youth sports, and tutoring to children ages 4-20, pregnant women, and their families.

Our mission is "committed to improve the quality of life of at-risk youth through sports, nutrition, and behavioral management ". TWCAS’s vision is to become the number one provider in extending behavioral, mental, physical, and social services to "at risk" women and children in the Houston area. Our goals are to provide resources and promote healthy lifestyles through:

TWCAS is a 501(c)(3) federally tax exempt organization. TWCAS has obtained its NPI number and is currently in the last stages of the approval process for its TPI number. The agency is governed by a Board of Directors.
