To enhance the cultural, economic, political, and community development of Native Hawaiians.

Description

The Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA) provides a strong voice on public policy, operate a community loan fund, deliver capacity building services and leadership development, and promote community-owned enterprise. We unify the political, economic, community and cultural knowledge of our member organizations to advance Native Hawaiians and our homeland of Hawaii.

We focus our work on developing philanthropy in community, connecting organizations locally and nationally, and finding resources that help to spur growth and progress in the Native Hawaiian community.

It sounds, I have spoken about such a program. I am interested how they might go out fundraising and working with some key power players in Hawaii. In addition, would they look to hiring key talent to one day maximize the time they are receiving from key volunteers. The goal is noble, the application and organization structure is my concern.
