My Sister's House

Mission Statement

My Sister’s House provides support and a safe home environment for women and children in transition from domestic violence or divorce. We are a faith based ministry and believe families need time to heal and grow. So unlike short term shelters, people stay with us for an average of 6 months as they set goals and re-create their lives. Our unique program helps them become self supporting and life-skill confident.

Shelter is closed effective March 31, 2015. Thank you, everyone, for our support.
