The American Cancer Society helps create a world with less cancer and more birthdays by helping people stay well through education on early detection and cancer prevention, helping people get well by supporting them through their cancer diagnosis with life-saving programs and services, by funding cancer research to help find cures, and by mobilizing communities to fight back against cancer through advocacy and community events.
