Mission Statement

5 Under 40 provides comprehensive resources and vital tools necessary for detection, diagnosis, andtreatment of breast cancer, as well as those diagnosed with the BRCA gene mutation, for women under age 40 in the New York Metro and New Jersey Area. our mission is to enable women within this demographic to receive diagnostic, treatment, and post treatment servicas? Additionally, services will be offered which address the "whole being" as a way to empower women,strength hope and strengthen the survivorship phase.
