B.L.A.S.T. (Bold Lives And Strong Ties) mission is to provide access and opportunities in the community for individuals and families dealing with a disability and to interact and build ties of strength with members of our community.

We work in collaboration with the Down Syndrome Association of Minnesota. It is the mission of Down Syndrome Association of Minnesota to provide information. Resources and support to individuals with Down Syndrome, their families and their communities.
