One PacificCoast Foundation is a charitable and educational nonprofit corporation that supports programs and initiatives promoting community development in the Bay Area and California. Included in these activities are programs dedicated to creating and sustaining economic development; such as support for small businesses, financial literacy, banking services for low‐income communities, and advocacy.
The Foundation holds the economic shares of One PacificCoast Bank, a Community Development Bank, based in Oakland, CA, thus making the bank, a nonprofit bank.
Mission Statement
To improve economic opportunity for families, individuals, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses in the East Bay and Bay Area, with particular focus on low-income communities in this region.
We strive to increase local community wealth and vitality by helping our clients earn, protect, save, and grow their incomes.
