The purpose of the Health Fair is to increase health awareness through education and prevention and provide a valuable service to our community.

Description

We want to provide basic health screenings immunizations blood pressure and glucose check, as well as a variety of informational booths designed to help the community become more aware of the many health-related programs, services, and providers located in our surrounding community.
