To improve the life of a youth by providing mentoring, in a positive and encouraging environment.

Description

Reach and Rise mentoring program was created to serve the needs of youth, not being met by existing mental health services. Reach and Rise was designed to offer families a resource to help meet the needs of their children, to provide youth with a positive, and growth-inducing relationship with adults through mentoring. Most importantly, Reach and Rise was developed to make a difference in a youth's life.
