Our mission is to take action by providing resouces and services for individuals and families faced with a wide range of challenges including but not limited to poverty, homelessness, and health issues. Our services are tailored to meet the needs of those we serve. We work together in partnership with neighborhoods and businesses in our community to provide services and opportuniies to underserved populations.
