Great experience, starting with the training. I learned about healthy boundaries, surviving domestic abuse, drug and alcohol recovery, assessing risk of suicide, and all about local resources for food, shelter, clothing, furniture, and lots more. 60 hours of training, then start taking calls. Very rewarding, and you can do as little as four hours a week.
