MTM, Inc. is a healthcare and transportation management company whose mission is to partner with our clients in developing innovative solutions for accessing healthcare, increasing independence, and connecting community resources in a cost-effective manner. To achieve this mission, and our overarching vision of communities without barriers,we leverage core competencies in managing customer service operations and building provider networks. MTM, Inc. manages transportation, care coordination activities, call center operations, and functional assessments and travel training for state and county governments, Medicaid and Medicare managed care organizations (MCOs), transit agencies, third-party administrators, and healthcare providers. Through careful assessments, comprehensive care coordination, and responsible network development, we improve member health outcomes while aligning with client goals, reducing program costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
