Children's Hospital of Wisconsin-Fox Valley operates an inpatient Pediatric Unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Outpatient services are offered at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin Clinics-Fox Valley.

Other community-based programs in the Fox Valley include the Child Advocacy Center, Children's Service Society of Wisconsin, the Infant Death Center of Wisconsin, Children's Health Education Center, and the Northeast Regional Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs.

Children's Hospital-Fox Valley is affiliated with Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and are members of Children's Hospital and Health System.
