We help job seekers in the Baltimore area on a one-on-one basis look for, find and keep good entry-level, non-professional jobs. We accept anyone who is drug free and looking for an entry-level job into the program. GenesisJobs' program has evolved in response to the increased and varied barriers of those seeking employment. Our Job Development/Career Development Program will help those individuals learn the skills they will need to search for, find and keep good jobs throughout their working lives. GenesisJobs' hallmark is a compassionate, businesslike, and personalized approach to the employment search. Our objective is to expand our successful programs so that a larger number of Baltimore City residents will be able to seek, find, and keep suitable employment.
Mission Statement
Our mission is "to guide people along their personal paths by helping them seek, find and keep suitable and fulfilling employment." Many people have relatives, family friends or guidance counselors to help them with their job search. We work with people who have none of that network and still want to find a job that will help them support their families.
