SDNE is a volunteer K-9 Search And Rescue team that provides trained Search Dog Teams law enfocement agencies to assist in searches for lost and missing persons.
I n addition to the fieldwork, we and our dogs go to schools, scout troops, dog shows, fairs, church groups and the like to help educate the public about all aspects of Canine Search and Rescue.
Mission Statement
Search Dogs Northeast has been incorporated since 1990 as non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Our mission is to provide, at no cost, highly trained Search and Rescue canine teams to the responsible governmental agencies throughout New England. Our primary area of expertise is in using our canines in a wilderness environment.
