Position: Volunteer YouTube Administrator Vision for the Position and Contribution Required: As the Volunteer YouTube Administrator, your primary responsibility will be managing our YouTube page and curating content related to domestic violence. Additionally, you will ensure content is appropriately shared across all platforms and engage with our audience by responding to comments on the YouTube channel and podcast. Your contribution will be crucial in fostering growth on our platforms and continuing to impact and inspire others. What We Do and Why It Matters: Our social media committee collaborates with all departments within the organization to serve as the digital face of BTSADV brand. Through our digital platforms, we disseminate campaigns, initiatives, events, informative articles, and personal stories to our online communities. By actively engaging with our digital community, we aim to create a safe space for victims and survivors worldwide, empowering them to break their silence about their experiences. Requirements: Respond to all communications (Voxer, email, calls, or texts) within 24-48 hours. Availability for 5-10 hours per week, including 2 mandatory monthly virtual committee meetings via video calls, All-Volunteer video calls, and scheduled check-in calls. Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend availability and a temporary increase in hours based on organizational needs. Duties: Manage the organization's YouTube page, including uploading and scheduling content. Ensure content is appropriately shared across all social media platforms. Engage with the audience by responding to comments on the YouTube channel and podcast. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas. Qualifications and Skill Set: Previous social media experience in a professional or non-profit setting preferred. Strong graphic design abilities using Canva or similar apps.
