Since its founding over 40 years ago, EIS has grown dramatically. In 2002, EIS moved into it's current 15,000 square foot state-of-the-art learning center on the corner of Market and 51st Streets. Our curriculum utilizes a hands-on and "minds-on" learning approach with small classes in a variety of science subjects including biology, chemistry, computer science, technology, engineering, geology, physics, astronomy, and photography. Our inovative facilty has a science library, a 92 seat lecture theater, and a community conference room Currently, EIS is able to provide after-school, weekend, and summer programs for more than 700 students per year.
