Mission Statement

Catholic Charities partners with others in advocating for justice and in assisting those in need by providing help for today and hope for tomorrow. CC Nutrition Assitance Services seeks to reduce hunger, poor nutrition and food insecurity in Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Tuolumne Counties. Our new Senior Assisted Transportation Program provides transportation to medical appointments and grocery store for our vulnerable seniors in the community.

Description

Catholic Charities provides social services to the poor and vulnerable, striving to reduce poverty and other socio-economic disparities. We have offices in Modesto, Stockton and Sonora.
