Mission Statement
The Convalescent Aid Society is a 90-year-old nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life through the loan of medical equipment for in-home use. Since we opened in 1923, the agency has expanded from serving the residents of Pasadena, to addressing the needs of those throughout the greater San Gabriel Valley, Glendale and Burbank. CAS is a nonprofit organization that is funded entirely by private donations, bequests and endowments. Because of this, we are able to provide our services at absolutely no cost.
