Mission Statement

Fork it Over! links businesses with food rescue agencies to reduce hunger and waste. Join the many grocers, restaurants and caterers in the Portland metropolitan area that are part of this effort.

Description

Fork it Over is managed by Community Environmental Services at Portland State University. Fork it Over has a web-based tool to match potential volunteers to food rescue agencies in need of assistance. Fork it Over supports food donation but the organization does not need volunteers.
