Mission Statement

Our mission: To promote animal welfare through public awareness, to act as a rescue screening and placement service for animals from high kill shelters needing foster and adoptive homes and to act as a resource for other rescues, shelters and prospective adopters.

Description

Reach Out Rescue and Resources is a small group of volunteers with a big amount of passion for cats and dogs! We focus on the dogs that are most often overlooked at shelters; black dogs, senior dogs and hounds.
