We also offer College and Career Readiness (CCR) Program for 11th and 12th grade girls to explore, prepare, and apply to colleges. Our Emerging Leaders Camp in the summer offers middle school girls college and career exploration and confidence building. More summer camp opportunities coming in 2024!

MEP provides adult basic education, individualized GED preparation, and job skills training to women from low-income households in Detroit and nearby communities.

All programs are designed to help our students overcome the challenges and barriers they face as a females in Detroit and work toward short and long-term goals.

I volunteered with the adult program for about a year and found it to be an amazing organization that is really helping the community. The staff/organizers were really grateful to their volunteers and just really kind people who want to make a difference.
