The Collingwood Arts Center is a working regional arts center . The Artist in Residence Program provides living and studio space to 65 artists representing a variety of art disciplines. The center includes a 600 seat theatre providing performance space for plays, concerts, and films. Located in Toledo's Old West End, the center serves the people of the central city with opportunities for cultural enrichment. The Collingwood Arts Center is a historically significant complex of buildings including the Gerber House built in 1872.

To provide the people and arts community of greater Toledo a unique space wherein creativity, diversity, and artistic expression is fostered and nourished thereby serving the cultural, educational, and aesthetical needs of our region.
