Sarah's Hope Outreach Center
Sarah's Hope is a day resource center for persons experiencing homelessness, created through a partnership between St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore, Abraham's Tent Coalition, and the Baltimore County government. Co-located with an emergency night shelter in northeastern Baltimore County, Sarah's Hope provides comprehensive services that address basic needs, while fostering self-sufficiency. Basic needs addressed include meals, restrooms, showers, laundry, and day shelter.
