Mission Statement

To engage the members of our community in our efforts to make the City of North Miami Beach a safer and better place to live and do business.

We encourage community members to foster a culture of service, citizenship, and responsibility, building on the generous spirit of the American people. The North Miami Beach Police Department volunteer programs and initiatives share the common goal of helping communities prevent, prepare for, and respond to crime, natural disasters, and other emergencies.

Our citizen volunteers have offered their time, skills and services to our department to help supplement and support officers and civilian personnel by allowing them to concentrate on their primary duties.
