The YMCA of Greater Rochester is a charitable association of members that seeks to place Christian principles into practice through its programs for the community to build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

Description

The Y is in our community to give everyone an opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has access to Y programs that make people healthy, confident and connected.

When you join, volunteer or donate to the Y, your support has a meaningful, enduring impact right in your own neighborhood. We believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together. That’s why, at the Y, strengthening community is our cause.
