Since 1990, T.L.C. Toys and it's staff of unpaid volunteers have been turning hardwoods into quality hand-made wooden toys which are given free of charge to less fortunate children. We are all volunteers, we also have inmates at St Cloud, Faribault and Shakopee who assist with the toy making. Our oldest volunteer is 102 yrs young. We work with many youth groups including teens who have to complete court ordered community service.
