The Toledo Ballet offers creative movement (pre-school); ballet (beginning through Company); jazz;modern; lyrical; character; hip-hop;and pas des deux classes as well as fitness/stretch classes for adults. TheToledo Ballet has an extensive educational outreach program that works closely with city and area school systems, many Title I. Additionally, the Toledo Ballet presents at least 2 family-friendly major perormances each season. The Toledo Ballet School was founded in 1939.
Mission Statement
"The Toledo Ballet Association's primary purpose is to increase interest and support for the arts through dance. This is accomplished through community education, studio instruction, and major performances."
