Description

Trees are the legacy that defines the City of Woodland. The trees we plant and maintain today will provide clean air, clean water and psychological well being for future generations.

Woodland Tree Foundation is a volunteer-run non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing and preserving Woodland's legacy of trees.

Since June 2000, we have pursued our mission to plant and care for trees through community involvement, partnerships and education.

The set-up that was done made volunteering so easy! They had marked where the trees were to be planted, the trees where right there and all the tools we need where available. A quick demonstration showed us how to plant the tree and why it was done this way. I went with 3 kids and a teenager and we all had a great time.
