Welcome to Business Education for Beginning Entrepreneurs and Employees (BE 4 BEE) Association, which is organized by Rites of Passage Entrepreneurs, LLC (ROPE). BE 4 BEE is a collaborative association of business owners, youth, and corporate employees working together to improve the lifestyle of each member of the Association, the living conditions of our communities, and the future of our next generation while advancing the Kingdom of God.
How it works Each child is placed on a business cluster team and works with a business mentor as an overseer, coach and manager. The team of youth is taught how to operate in a specific area of the business and then rotates to another area.
A specific portion of the profit realized from the business is placed in a managed investment account until the youth is of age to graduate from the program.
Each youth team member is sponsored on the ROPE program and supported by a guardian. This could either be the parents, a friend or a relative of the youth.
Each member will be assigned a rotating position on the team to learn all aspects of the business.
Consequently, our youth are not only trained on how to operate a business, but actually operates a business and begins their wealth building process early.
The business aspect of ROPE is only one-fifth of the development of each youth. Under their mentor, before they can graduate they must demonstrate excellence in the areas of academics, spiritual maturity, physical fitness and financial independence.
Of course, it is not all planning for the future for the ROPE youth. They will also have lots of fun and make a lot of spendable money along the way.
ROPE youth not only have the know how to succeed in life, they will also have the means!
