The Community Welcome House is a safe haven for women and children who have left a domestic violence situation and have no place to turn. The average stay is three months. The purpose of Community Welcome House is to end domestic violence one family at a time. We seek to facilitate a permanent change and offer skills and resources to live a life free from violence. We allow the opportunity to heal from past experiences. We were founded on Christian principles and remain a faith based program. Our program includes a crisis line, safe haven, and outreach program for those who know someone one living in violence or they have lived in violence and need someone to validate what they are feeling and why.
