The Lambda Letters Project is a California-wide, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to promoting gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex, feminist, people of color, underprivileged individuals and HIV/AIDS advocacy.
We are committed to bringing gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transgender and intersex persons, women, people of color, and people affected by or living with HIV/AIDS into full participation in American society by working to change systemic and cultural attitudes and law.
We have members in all 40 Senate districts and in 78 of the 80 Assembly districts.
Mission Statement
To promote the social, economic, and human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex individuals, couples, and families; people affected by HIV/AIDS; people of color; the economically underprivileged and women. We do this by urging elected officials to enact and support legislation that accomplishes this goal.
