Assisting local government agencies with creating and managing citizen volunteer programs related to Emergency Preparedness. Encouraging personal responsibility for Emergency Preparedness.

Description

Homeland Preparedness Project trains citizens to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies and other disasters.

Through programs like Citizen Corp, HPP facilitates volunteer opportunities for individuals who want to become involved in Emergency Management.
