Mission Statement

We believe professionally managed hospice care provides continuity of care and allows earlier hospital discharge and promotes patient dignity. We believe in the basic right of all patients to competent nursing care. Much can be accomplished medically, physically, psychologically, and socially to enable patients to lead more comfortable and functional lives. A care plan is written especially for you by our nurses and therapists in conference with your physician. Each patient situation is unique- many of the problems, coping strategies, and emotions are not. Our specialized experience can help patients and their families to accept reality, learn to effectively deal with problems and frustrations and maintain personal motivation and hope.
