JFSA was founded in 1977 to provide essential and affordable social services to the community. JFSA's programs touch the lives of well over 5,000 people in Clark County each year. JFSA is a non-sectarian agency and is funded through private donations, fund-raising programs, and a number of grants. We are a member of the Association of Jewish Family and Children's Agencies (AJFCA) the umbrella association of more than 150 JFSA's in North America.

Jewish Family Service Agency is a comprehensive social service agency committed to addressing the human service needs of children, adolescents and adults. While guided by Jewish principles and values, JFSA's programs and services are open to all in the community.
