This corporation has been formed for charitable purposes, to preserve and promote the art of Shou' Shu' for the benefit of humanity and to provide relief to the distressed and/or the underprivileged by: (1) Increasing awareness of the benefits of Martial Arts training to improve mental and physical health. (2) Providing funding for training.
