The NDIC Employee Community Outreach Association is a non-profit (501 c3) organization comprised of NDIC employees, detailees, and tenants who sponsor a variety of charitable activities in the Laurel Highlands region.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to raise money to support organizations that provide social services to the citizens of the Laurel Highlands region. Our goal is to make positive changes in our community.
