The mission of FFAC is to provide quality health care which recognizes the inherent human worth and dignity of all persons, to provide a medical model heath care center services, to provide a healing environment where nurses and staff work together to provide personalized care, to be the best in advocating high quality nursing and therapeutic services to the clients who attend, to operate in an ethnically and fiscally responsible manner without compromising client and client care needs.

Description

Providing adult day health care services. Facilitating person-centered planning. Advocating for individuals and their families as well as assisting individuals their families to self -advocate. Providing information and education. Collaborating and coordinating with other agencies. Providing supports for assistance to carry out the choices made by individuals and their families. Seeking input, information, and direction from individuals, families, service providers and the community at large. Providing opportunities for individuals to contribute, participate and become a valued part of their community. Promoting the dignity and self-worth of every individual; and Providing an environment that encourages our employees to seek and achieve personal growth
