Hearth, Inc. operates 136 units of permenant housing for formerly homeless elders at seven residential sites throughout Greater Boston. The essence of Hearth's Housing Model is the integration of interdisciplinatry services at each residence:

The Outreach Program works with over 250 elders each year, helping them find and succeed in homes of their own.
Hearth's Strategic Initiatives focus on raising awareness about the crisis of elder homelessness and promoting Hearth's Housing Model and Outreach Program as the solution.
