NextStop Theatre Company is the newest and fastest growing professional professional theatre company in Herndon, Virginia, next to Washington DC’s Dulles Airport.

Description

It's fun and rewarding to volunteer with NextStop!

Based on a shared belief that the performing arts are critical to the success of any community, a non-profit volunteeer theatre company was founded in 1988 in Herndon by a group of local theater arts enthusiasts. In the 25 years since its founding, the productions garnered copious amounts of regional attention, a loyal local following, an energetic volunteer community, and was able to evolve into a professional theatre company.

NextStop launches up to six Main Stage productions, up to three Theatre for Young Audiences productions, and a holiday show.

While the group is a professionial company and many artists are compensated, volunteers from all disciplines are welcome at NextStop as a place to learn and practice their craft.
