Help out of town patients and families feel at home at the North Colorado Medical Center Hospitality House. Friendly and energetic people are needed as volunteers to help at the Hospitality House at North Colorado Medical Center. Our Hospitality House helps supports patients and families from outside the Greeley area during their health care stay. The Hospitality House is 14,000 square feet, 3 floors, 4 commons areas. We are looking for 1-2 volunteers who can commit to 1 1/2 hrs. twice a week or three hours once a week. Last year we provided a place of rest to 4,134 heads on pillows. The volunteer duties include, light cleaning as requested, helping guests find their way around the Hospitality house and the NCMC campus.

Join our Volunteer Golf Cart as you pick up guests and patients in our parking lot and help deliver them to their destination. A background screen and driving record screen are required but are paid for by the organization. Shifts are available Monday through Fridays. This is a great position for retired seniors.

Our Surgery Waiting Room is looking for a compassionate and empathetic volunteer to assist patients and their families during their surgery procedures. Volunteers will help keep our families up to date with information on their loved one's surgery, help our guests with wayfinding, and to help provide a positive experience for our patients and families. We are looking for detail orientated volunteers with a passion for customer service as well as being a team member supporting the clinical staff. Communication and outstanding customer service skills needed as well as a heart for serving others. If you are an early morning riser this may be the position for you!

Do you like to meet new people? Do you like to be helpful and active? Banner Health-North Colorado Medical Center is looking for volunteers for our East Information Desk/blood transport phone. Volunteers are the first point of contact for many of our guests and you're smiling, and compassionate assistance helps people in a stressful medical environment, often experienced when going to a doctors or hospital visits. The East desk volunteers will also help answer the blood transport phone, which will aide staff who need blood products for their patients. The volunteer will go through the process with nursing and lab staff and deliver the needed blood to the unit. This is a great position for those interested in pre-nursing or medicine careers. Our friendly Volunteer team helps guests to navigate to the many areas located in the hospital. Assist other in finding their appointments, as well as offer wheel chair transports to those who may need a little extra assistance.
